About the CFEB
Founded in 1992, and since then continually operated by volunteer community leaders, the Community Foundation of Estero Bay provides financial assistance to the families of children participating in recreational activities organized and operated by youth sports and enrichment organizations operating in the Estero Bay area of Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Cambria. Funds raised by the Foundation assist children living in the Estero Bay area with enrollment fees for youth sports and enrichment programs, allowing them to participate in activities that enrich the quality of their lives.

Community Foundation Estero Bay’s (CFEB) Diversity and Inclusion Statement
The CFEB approach to diversity and inclusion in our mission is to fund youth sports and enrichment programs making them universally accessible to all children in the Estero Bay Region without exclusion. When we say we want to be sure that all children can participate in youth sports and enrichment programs regardless of financial ability to pay we mean every child. To do that well, we have a board of directors that represents the children that we serve with equality and understands our approach to diversity and inclusion. This is why the CFEB only connects with partner organizations that understand and are committed to our mission to allow families of the children we support to enjoy the benefits of decisions which are free of discrimination or harassment on the grounds of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, medical condition, marital status, gender, age, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, or status as an individual with a disability.
